Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of InvestSign. By creating an account or otherwise using the service, you agree to them.

What InvestSign is

InvestSign is an informational research tool. It ingests news, filings, market data, social-media activity, and on-chain activity, runs models over them, and surfaces the results as a sector × geography matrix with per-instrument signal scores and Claude-generated commentary.

What InvestSign is not

• It is not investment advice. Nothing on the site — no signal, score, recommendation, narrative, or commentary — constitutes a personal recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security or financial instrument.
• We are not a regulated investment advisor or broker-dealer. We do not assess your individual financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, or suitability for any investment.
• The data is not guaranteed accurate. Sources can be wrong, models can be wrong, our composition of them can be wrong, and historical patterns do not predict future returns.

If you act on anything you see here, you do so at your own risk and on your own assessment. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making material financial decisions.

Account responsibilities

• You must be 18 or older.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
• You are responsible for any activity under your account, including API calls if you use the developer endpoints.
• One person, one account. Don’t share credentials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service.
• Resell or sublicense access. (We’ll likely add team plans later — those rules will live in the team agreement.)
• Use the service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Attempt to disable or circumvent security, rate-limiting, or audit features.

Pricing

InvestSign is currently free while we build. There are no plans, no seats, and no usage caps you need to worry about. If we add paid tiers, we’ll announce it in-app and on /pricing with at least 30 days’ notice before any feature you used to have access to becomes paid.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvestSign Labs and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost opportunities, or trading losses — arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, which while we’re free is €0, or (b) €100.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from /account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; we’ll explain why in writing and let you export your data before closing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland (where Infomaniak hosts our infrastructure) and the courts of Geneva have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save for mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Changes

We’ll announce material changes in-app and update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
